Chuseok

This past weekend was the Chuseok, the Korean equivalent to Thankgiving. Its a three-day harvest festival held during the full moon in mid-Autumn. Koreans celebrate by returning to their hometowns en masse to pay respect to their ancestors. They wear traditional clothes called "Hanbok," eat rice cakes called "Songpyeon," and give gifts called "Tuna and Spam."
